X ray chest PA projection and magnified view
There are multiple small nodularity seen projection all over both lung parenchyma. No evidence of pleural effusion. Overlying ribs appears normal. No evidence of rib erosion. No evidence of hilar lymph nodes. The differential possibilities are hypersensitivity pneumonitis,
Compared with previous x-rays and correlate clinically.
Further management:
HRCT chest recommended for confirmation of hypersensitivity pneumonitis
