selected slices of CT abdomen non contrast and contract.
A single well defined rounded hypoattenuated area see in right adrenal gland which shows heterogeneous enhancement on post contrast and shows early washout and drop in density. Appearances are suggestive of adrenal adenoma. There is linear density along the wall of gall bladder also noted which is either calcification of gall bladder wall however cholelithiasis could not be excluded Ultrasound suggested to rule out porcelain gall bladder from cholelithiasis.
Differential possibilities are pheochromocytoma.
Review previous imaging. MRI chemical shift could be helpful for confirmation of adrenal adenoma.
