Case to Ponder 30: Diagnosis please?

1) Spinal bifida
2) Partially developed sacrum.
3) Elongated anterior pelvic cavity.
4) oval shaped pelvic cavity
5) Both hip joint dislocation more in left.
6) butter fly like iliac wings (sorry its my terminology)
7) tubes not clearly seen need to see abdominal x-ray for confirmation of tubes may be peritoneal dialysis tube or VP shunt but not clear.
8) steep both acetabular fossa's

Conclusion:
congenital skeletal disease ( not sure)
